Visitors are always welcome in Concord Township, whether it’s for the day or for a lifetime! Come and experience the culture and charm of a peaceful, upscale community where local businesses buzz with activity and tradition shapes everyday life.

Concord Township offers one of the highest quality lifestyles in Lake County with beautiful, upscale neighborhoods, golf courses, shops and restaurants and excellent school systems. Easily accessible at the crossroads of Interstate 90 and State Route 44, Concord Township also presents some of the best development opportunities in the region. Two major hospital systems are now in operation with the potential for growth, keeping in mind the historical culture as a semi-rural Western Reserve community.

Founded on March 8, 1822, Concord Township celebrates its Bicentennial in 2022. Historic buildings are the home to township offices at the Town Hall Commons and our history repository at the Old Stone School. The Community Center is also a hub of activity and available for rentals. Families enjoy seasonal events hosted by the township including the annual Easter Egg Hunt and Halloween Haunt. All are welcome to join the 55+ group that meets regularly at the Community Center where leisure classes and camps occur daily. Residents and guests enjoy live music under the stars at the Summer Concert Series leading up to the annual community-wide celebration of the township at Concord Community Day. Avid gardeners carefully tend plots at the Community Garden near the historic cemetery where wreaths are respectfully laid every year through partnership in the Wreaths Across America program.

Concord Township parks offer beautiful public greenspaces that include Concord Hills Park with tennis and basketball courts and a walking path. Coleridge Park and Barchester Park offer play spaces for all ages. Lake Metroparks has several picturesque park locations throughout Concord Township with scenic Chair Factory Falls located behind the Old Stone School on the Greenway Corridor.

Concord Township is a charming and welcoming destination for a day or a lifetime!
